We had an amazing night with DJ Paul from MerseyBeatz. He created a brilliant atmosphere and had everyone up dancing from start to finish. He was great at reading the room, listened to song requests, and made sure the music suited everyone there. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with, he really helped make our engagement celebration such a fun and memorable night. Highly recommended for any event where you want great energy and a packed dance floor.

Paul was an amazing DJ he done my daughter’s 13th birthday party and I can’t give him enough credit. He knew how to engage the crowd and not to mention his Photo Booth! It was the centre piece for the night, music banging and picture going… I would recommend Paul anytime, he is very friendly and accommodating.. 🩷

Quite simply, outstanding! Merseybeatz was central to the birthday ‘festival’ we put on this summer for a group of friends (plus 120 guests!) and helped make it a huge success. …And it could so easily have gone properly ‘Pete Tong’ when Paul was prevented from picking up his gear on the day of the event… Rather than just cancelling the gig though, Paul went to the trouble of finding a trusted colleague to replace him as DJ, ensuring he had all of the details - including the guest requests already submitted - so that the last minute change was seamless and stress free for us. Massive kudos to dj Steve who was fantastic on the night, setting the perfect party mood and patiently taking all requests from ‘boisterous’ teenagers with good humour throughout. And of course huge thanks to Paul for settling it all up, keeping the faith and not letting us down in the face of adversity. Overall, a great night - but also one of those experiences that reaffirms your faith in humanity. Thank you Paul 🙏

Paul was the DJ for our wedding on Saturday 6th September 2025. Paul, is one of the most friendliest, down to earth guys that we have ever met, he also balances this with being the ultimate professional and taking extreme pride in the work he does. We booked the package including the whole day/evening DJ, lights, LED dancefloor and saxophonist, Paul was also extremely generous in throwing in a postbox for free! When my wife and I first walked into our venue, we were simply blown away at firstly, how much Paul had got the vibe going in the room, playing the right type of music to entertain our guests, but also by the quality of the equipment Paul had brought along with him. Paul's wife, Diane, also supported Paul to ensure any hiccups (of which we had none) could be ironed out immediately. We would also like to thank Diane for finding my wifes earring, which she had dropped on the dancefloor! Paul also had a range of vendors he has worked with before and trusts, this includes Jerome, the saxophonist, who came and really got the party going later on in the night, we had paid for 3 x 30 minute sessions, but Jerome definately stayed longer than this, he was also involved in the dancefloor whilst playing, rather than hiding behind the DJ decks. My wife and I couldn't have picked a better DJ to play our wedding, it is clear that Paul has years of experience in this field, and he will be our go to DJ moving forward. One final thing I would like to add, Paul, being the genuine person he is, also charges extremely reasonable prices for his services, as when we were initially scoping out our DJ, we seen prices at even double what Paul charged for a lower quality of service. Paul, from the bottom of our hearts, thanks for being part of our wedding day, bringing the vibes all day and night, and being the top class DJ that you are, we would give you 11 stars if we could!

Paul did an amazing job for us at our annual Engineering Winter Formal, music for everyones tastes, great set up and vibes all night long. He also takes requests which was great too. Would definitely recommend him for any event!
