Quick and efficient service. I must have spent hours googling info about tires and they gave me the best answers and deal in 5 minutes. I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle - price was right, staff was friendly and I will be returning in the spring.
Walked in with an emergency; issue with a tire. Although crazy busy with seasonal tire changes, they took my car right away . Been a client for many years now; great service...with or without an appointment. Thanks!
Two+ hours late for an appointment for a standard tire change (summer to winter tires). Absolutely no apology or accountability for it. We’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always been able to respect their appointments but clearly something has changed in management and they don’t care about their clientele. Time to find a new garage!
Had a great experience with Merson ! The lady over the phone was super sweet (Thanks again Valerie!) And the gentlemen are the shop we're great, too. I bought new all-weather tires which were MUCH better priced than I anticipated. And my appointment was confirmed and done with ease. Overall, very happy with Merson. Thank you
Sam was kind and and helpful at the front desk. I called the day before and had a time to come in. I had my car fixed for some rusted and worn out breaks. Diagnostic took less than 10 minutes and they were able to start work on the car the same day. Charly was quick and thorough to explain to me everything. Came in at 10:40 and left at 13:00. They even had some place to work while I waited. Happy with the service!
