The flower arrangement was delivered on time & beautiful and the flowers lasted for weeks. Diana was quick, helpful and took the initiative of finding the room number of the recipient. Will be using Metcafe's again.

My stepmother is in the hospital recovering from surgery and loves flowers. I live out of state, so I looked for a highly rated florist near the hospital, and I'm happy with my choice. So many florists don't come close to delivering an arrangement that looks like the picture online, but this time I was shocked at how accurate it was. I ordered the Sunset Embers arrangement in the Deluxe size via the website. The flowers are quality and each one is a nice size. I also appreciate that Metcalfe's arrangements are not typical and have more "style" to them. If I wanted a typical arrangement, I could just go to a chain, but then you risk quality and style. I saw someone gave a bad rating for price, which means they have never ordered quality flowers before. You get what you pay for when it comes to flowers, and many florists are small business owners, so they're not in business to go out of business. I found the price to be well in line with other florists. Bottom line, I'd definitely order from Metcalfe's again.
