Always simple and easy when we rent a boat. They are friendly and helpful don’t ever stress even when they’re busy. We have used a boat 5 times in three years and it’s the same experience each time. They book you, they run you through the safety, show the map areas to hang for the day, they run the check of prop and boat with you, they send you on your way. This year they even gave me the heads up about the new law for all boaters including renters to have a boaters license. So I was able to get one prior to our booking date. Pretty decent boats too. We’ve never had an issue in the water.
Have rented from Metro Lakes Marina for the past few summers and they've always been great. Have taken my family with kids out with a lily pad and have also just gone out with friends.
My friends and I plan a pontoon day every summer (for the past 7 years) and we choose Metro Lakes Marina every time because they're simply the best! We get friendly and reliable service (the workers are always smiling and attentive) and they make sure you're safe out there. Bonus points for them is that they allow furry friends too. Metro Lakes really does their best to make sure their customers have a fun time. I would easily recommend this company for anyone looking for a fun day out on the lakes!
Great for ice house rentals all winter long. Have used them for the past 2 winter seasons. Always catch fish! Holes are drilled, lights are on, poles and bait waiting clean, and roomy.
