Husband had the Delores H and I had 1/2 order of chicken fajitas nachos. Was delicious, friendly waitress, clean restaurant. Will come again if in this area again.
Great service from the start. I got the Mexican Double Cheeseburger plate. See pic. Fries were crispy. Burger comes with raw onions & jalapeños, shredded lettuce, tomato & guacamole sauce. They sautéed the onions on my request. Double patties were cooked medium-well and very juicy. Burger was about 3 inches thick. My mother-in-law & wife got the fajita plate which they loved! See pics. Average price is $13/plate. Atmosphere was calm but we ate lunch late at 1pm. Could be louder with an evening crowd. Latino music plays overhead. Decor is Mexican-style. Great, sweet tea!...Bottom line: Highly recommended!!!
I had the steak fajitas and a margarita at Mezcales Mexican Bar and Grill. The fajitas were really good—great flavor and seasoning—though the steak was cooked just a bit more than I prefer. Not a dealbreaker though. The margarita was pretty average, nothing special. Service was excellent and the overall vibe felt typical for Fort Worth: casual, friendly, and relaxed. Solid spot overall.
Restaurant was cute. Very tight seating and loud unfortunately not a place you can go to talk. But they have lunch specials and they are experts on sopapillas yum! Had taco salad and mom hand enchilada and sis had fajitas. Everyone really satisfied with their food. It was great. Really glad el Arizoa and el paseo were closed. This is a great place.
Food was top notch! Service was absolutely amazing!! Beer was cold!! We were seated right away and had no wait for anything! I can’t wait to come back for the lunch menu! I highly recommend this place! When the parking is full and you can still be seated and served with no wait you know you’re gonna be happy!! 😋
