I had an outstanding experience with the Miami on the Water boat tour. From start to finish, everything was top-tier. The vessel itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained, which made the entire ride smooth and enjoyable. What truly set this tour apart was the captain. He was phenomenal—professional, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Miami area. His commentary added real depth to the experience, offering interesting insights into the history, landmarks, and waterfront lifestyle while keeping the tour relaxed and entertaining. The pacing was perfect, the views were stunning, and the overall atmosphere felt both polished and welcoming. Cruise was great. Staff were friendly and tried to put on a good show. Was not able to get to the top level as the seats were all taken and there was not too many… it was harder to take good photos from below deck… Good range of drinks at reasonable prices.

I had an amazing time on the Sunset Boat tour in Miami! The views were absolutely beautiful. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the crew was friendly, professional. The ride was smooth, the vibe was relaxing, and I got great photos. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Miami.

We had such an amazing time with Miami On The Water! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish — easy booking, friendly staff, and a fun atmosphere. The boat was clean, comfortable, and perfect for taking in the beautiful Miami skyline. 🌴⛵️ The captain and crew were fantastic, super welcoming, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having a great time. The views at sunset were absolutely breathtaking, and it was the highlight of our trip. Great tour, great staff. Would definitely go again with this company! My only feedback, my parents are elderly and needed a place to sit down and they would not allow us on the boat until 10 minutes before supposed to take off/set sail (yet they “required” check in 40 minutes before). That was fine, we went and got a drink to wait. However, they held fast to that 10 minute boarding and we ended up taking off 20-25 minutes late. Note: the boat was there at the dock. Otherwise. Great cruise!
