We are still on a high from our wedding, and so much of that is thanks to Michael Coombs, who absolutely crushed it as our DJ and MC! From the moment the music started, the dance floor was packed, and it stayed that way all night long. Michael had guests of all ages up and dancing, playing song after song that had people singing at the top of their lungs. The energy never dipped and every single transition felt seamless and so well-timed. But it wasn’t just the music, Michael was also the ultimate MC, keeping our night running smoothly from start to finish. Absolutely incredible! We hired Michael for our wedding at the St Regis Hotel in October, and he was the highlight of the night. From the first consultation, Michael was very professional, attentive, and truly understood the vibe we wanted for our big day. He curated the perfect playlist that kept guests of on the dance floor all night long. The transitions between songs were seamless, and the energy was great. Michael read the crowd perfectly and made adjustments to ensure everyone was having the best time. Beyond the music, the setup area was flawless, with great lighting and sound quality that added to the overall ambiance! Even the music played during seated dinner was amazing. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the Michael was, and we couldn’t agree more. Where do I begin? Michael truly exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. His impeccable music selection kept the dance floor alive right till the end, literally everyone was still dancing until 2am!! He created an incredible atmosphere throughout the night, from the cocktail reception, through dinner and onto the dance floor. He seamlessly blended different genres and our cultural selections to cater to all our guests, watching what everyone enjoyed dancing to most to ensure everyone had a fantastic time! His professionalism and organization was evident from our first meeting to the last song of the night. Michael's ability to read the crowd and adapt to the energy of the room made our wedding reception unforgettable. We received numerous compliments from our guests about the fantastic music and how it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Michael was awesome! He was our DJ for our wedding at the King Edward hotel in Toronto this past July and he was extremely professional (his booth set up was so nice too - very classy!!!!) and he knew how to make the crowd happy with his music choices while also taking into account the songs my husband and I wanted to hear. We had multiple meetings with him beforehand and he was great to chat with! He certainly made sure the overall mood of the evening was exactly what we had hoped for! We would recommend him to anyone a heart beat! :)
