i started my laser journey with milan at a different location in another state. coming home for the holidays, i knew i’d be visiting one of san antonio’s locations and i’m so glad it was park north! stephanie is amazing at her job. she was very detail oriented and made sure to give me all post care instructions before i left the room. go see her! you won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to Milan since early 2025 and I have really enjoyed my experience at this location! All of my nurses have been extremely kind and thoughtful, answering all my questions and asking about my results before each treatment. When I had mentioned that the pain was too uncomfortable, my nurse talked me through different options and adjusted the settings to make sure I had a positive experience while still getting great results. In just the past 6-7 sessions, I have seen a reduction of about 75% hair growth in the area. Appointments are easy to schedule at the front desk or through the online portal, and using the PatientFi financing system is seamless each month. Everything that Vanessa discussed with me during the consultation last year is exactly what I experienced with no "sticker shock" or confusion after signing up for care. I would highly recommend learning about laser hair removal with Milan!

I’m someone who usually avoids leaving negative reviews, but after a full year of doing laser hair removal at Milan, I feel the need to share my experience. I have been consistent with all my sessions, yet my hair continues to grow almost the same. Every time I go, I am treated by a different technician, and each one works in a completely different way. It never feels like they take the proper time or pay the necessary attention to each area. Most of them rush through the treatment, move the laser too quickly, and don’t cover all the zones, which I truly believe has affected my results. I’m getting Brazilian and underarms, and the Brazilian results have been especially poor: I still have hair on the inner thighs, the back area, and the entire front. I have a small tattoo in the front, and while some technicians get close enough to it and leave better results, others create an exclusion zone that is much larger than necessary, leaving untreated areas and preventing any improvement. It’s also uncomfortable that I get a different person every time. Each one has a different level of effort, a different technique, and a different standard of work. Only one of the technicians who treated me actually did an excellent job—she was detailed, took her time, and that month I did see better results. But since I always get someone new, I don’t even remember who she was, and I never got assigned to her again. This shows that when the job is done correctly, the results do show… but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case in most of my sessions. I’m quite disappointed, especially because I paid a significant amount of money expecting a professional, consistent service with real results.
