We chose Jacob and the team at Mile High for the buildout of our mobile donut trailer (Goldies Mini Donuts). From planning to build, the team was responsive to our questions and needs (even post-delivery). I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking at building out a food truck or trailer. Quick note: Both Jacob and his wife are mechanical engineers, understand the codes that apply to your jurisdiction, and are able to provide CAD drawings during the design phase which help immensely during health inspection submittals.
