I went to an early morning vinyasa class where the description said all levels welcome. However, the instructor didn't do the class, she read from her phone for the first 5 minutes and then just said what to do. So if you're a beginner and you need things modeled, this is not the studio to go to. Also, with other places I've been to, yoga is a physical and spiritual practice. This was just physical movement with no spiritual component, although a lot of corporate places are like that these days.
Went here for a sound bath with a friend once maybe a year / year and a half ago and it was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. The space was a great temp, the studio was beautiful, and there were blankets and cushions and weighted bags (don’t know what else to call these lol) available for use.
Attending the Sound Bath Training at MindBodyHum with Nicole was a truly transformative experience. Her depth of knowledge, care, and presence created such a grounded and inspiring space to learn. This training went far beyond how to facilitate a sound bath — it deepened my understanding of sound, energy, and connection in ways that continue to resonate in my daily life. Nicole’s thoughtful guidance helped me feel safe and supported every step of the way. The sense of community she cultivated among our group was something really special. I’m so grateful for this experience and highly recommend it to anyone drawn to this work.
I’m down for the weekend from Alaska and love a good yin meditation, so I figured I’d try their Saturday morning class. Anyway! The space was so welcoming and everyone was super helpful and kind. There’s a front desk right inside the door and a little tablet to check in. They have a few mats for rent and lockers for your stuff. The instructor got me oriented to the space and was so warm (I’m so sorry to the instructor, I was too anxious and forgot your name but you are lovely! 😅). If you’re a fellow anxious girly, 10/10 would recommend! 💕
The best morning yoga in Seattle. Alicia is great. Dave Penenga is great. Every teacher is different. The facility is beautiful and very clean. They have excellent vinyasa, yin yoga and sound bath classes throughout the day, as well.
