Booked for couch and rug cleaning at $230. Cleaning equipment and and skill was amateur - did not provide full cleaning of either, instead attempting to scrub a couple of stains and leeft the couch and rug almost completely dry and untouched otherwise. In my experience a bettrr clean can be done by hiring a Bunnings carpet cleaning machine and doing it youself. Cleaner would not speak to or interact with woman present at the house only the man. Left early to attend another booking and didn't finish job. No response from admin when phoned and emailed.

Mint cleaning are responsive and flexible. We've needed to change our cleans regularly to accomodate our family life and they've remained patient and willing to work with us. Our regular cleaners do an excellent job and are friendly and on-time. Any time we've had an issue it's been responded to quickly and appropriately. No service is always perfect but the management do a really good job of making this a positive customer experience.
This is my first time dealing with the end of lease cleaning and I think I was really lucky that I found Mint. All Mint Cleaning Group staff were fantastic. Dora and Sonam are so lovely, they help me with all the questions about cleaning and the cleaning staff were so professional and efficient. I recommend Mint to the people who need professional cleaning and I definitely will use them again.
