I received a "blow out" with a few curls. This was the most expensive, less wowed blow out ever. A $25 fee added for a few curls that didn't last. The quickest shampoo service ever. The whole appointment was a disaster. Waited for someone to even greet me when I arrived. Stylist left the chair at least 4 times. Not a word..no "excuse me" "I'm sorry".. nada.. nothing! It is dirty and over priced for what you get. Not to mention a "resort fee" added to the tab. Save your money, time and stress and just go to Dry Bar or a more established small salon. Such a lack of professionalism.
Poor service / lady has attitude . Went for a hair wash but barely touch the scalp. Got conditioner residue , ask about rinsing it off, and she said it’s fine. Edit: One star now: it doesn’t even get covered by comp. There is no reason to pay a cent to come here
I hate doing this but the most frustrating experience. I paid $200 for a “blowout” which was absolutely terrible. Then I told her to curl my hair to fix it which lasted maybe 2.5 hours tops. This should last ATLEAST 2 days.. from previous stylists & experiences. ALSO! was reserved makeup to be done and once I walked in I was told “the makeup girl had an emergency”… so where’s your backup? I was 1.5 hours late to an event because I had to get back to my room to do my own freaking makeup… which I thought was done and paid for. I tried to keep a happy face but this is beyond unacceptable. Don’t even kind of recommend here. My stylist was nice but other than that the worst experience. Nothing even kind of worthy of money.
Inky was amazing wow best haircut and style with blow out ever! I had an important event and I needed to look perfect. She made sure I looked wonderful and I couldn’t be more grateful! Don’t go anywhere else, just trust Inky!!
Worst experience ever. Cost me $400 for the worst pedi/full set ever. She used full press ons…did ombré with done and charged. An extra 40 for it! Place was filthy. The other employee who was working front desk laid on a lash table the entire two hours on her phone. Worst experience ever. Dirty and over priced. My nails look like total crap too.
