so after a terrible day with my truck needing a tow, these 2 great guys arrive at my house from Mission Wrecker Service. i am a question person and John and Tim took a quick minute to explain what and how they were putting my truck on the flatbed. they were in and out quickly but the huge thing for me was being shown the neutral override in case i am by myself and something happens. GREAT GUYS for sure. i will be using them exclusively from now on. As they drove off i thought to myself HEMI down.
Mission Wrecker Service was dispatched by my insurance company to assist me with a flat tire a few miles south of San Antonio, TX. I was headed home to the RGV. It was a late Saturday night. The driver/technician called me to let me know he was en route and advised me of what he was driving. He arrived, introduced himself, changed the flat tire for the spare, and was done even before the initial ETA. Wow! I was impressed with his timely response, his professional etiquette, and his work ethic. I give him a 5 Star rating for his consideration of my safety and my urgent need for assistance. He represents Mission Wrecker Service with excellence! I highly recommend!!!
Great service! Quick, too! Popped a tire on the new part of 281 where it’s dark and not quite finished. While exiting to the right, I clipped a raised concrete curb being used as a temporary lane divider. Ugh! Special thanks to Troy who did great work and provided excellent customer service!
