First time and last time. Have to hear the guys spill to sell you on the platinum wash then the monthly membership and what it offers compared to the $8 dollar basic. Finally after weighing the options went with the best one which you think would actually wash your car. But went with the platinum for $24 dollars then ask for a tip… after that you get in line and everyone gets the exact same wash with no difference in cars. Just go with the basic wash for $8 bucks. Just needed a wash maybe it wipes off a little dirt but doesn’t do much and for that price a complete waste. Line took forever as the members had a separate line and getting ahead. Terrible spot for vacuums as line builds up takes for ever to back up and get out of this parking lot.

I am unlimited member. My old car was totaled out so I needed a new car. I called Mister Carwash to cancel the membership since my car (with the official sticker) was no longer in use. The customer service woman was helpful, she even gave me two months of a grace period since she knew I had paid for the month my car was in the shop. Very happy with the customer service received. .

First time using this car wash customer service is good friendly employees good prices you have options to grab membership if you want the vacuum cleaner is free you can vacuum your car before washing it my car was left with stains on the windows a little in the paint but well it depends on what you pay if I will use this Carwash again ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️ I'll give them a second chance

Id say for a titanium wash for 40 bucks and supposed undercarriage cleaning my car is still pretty dirty 🙃 and 2 dollars to use a towel to wipe down a still dirty vehicle

Decent experience if you aren't a fancy car owner, car was very clean after going through the wash. Reasonable price of ~$10 range. Only wish the vacuum was stronger, it got most of the crumbs and dirt but wasn't strong enough to really suck up the particles.
