I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Glass in Dallas. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They even had a small desk in the waiting area, which let me sit and work comfortably while they took care of my car — a small detail, but it made a big difference. I had a windshield replacement on my Mercedes, and I was very specific about wanting OEM glass, not aftermarket. Mr. Glass handled everything professionally, worked through the approval process, and explained the options clearly. I did end up paying a little over the alternative option, but it was well worth it. The OEM glass is noticeably better, and I’m very glad I stuck to my guns. The install itself was clean, precise, and done right, including proper calibration. The final cost was significantly less than the Mercedes dealer, with no shortcuts taken. Great people, great communication, excellent workmanship. If you care about your vehicle and want the job done correctly the first time, this is the place to go. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Glass! Scheduling an appointment was so easy. They came out the next day! The ease and convenience of getting my windshield repaired at my home was great! The two gentlemen that did the work were so nice, so careful and they did a wonderful job. They also carefully removed my toll tag and inspection sticker from the damaged windshield and put them on the new windshield. I highly recommend Mr. Glass. I’m very happy and satisfied.
John, with Mister Glass, did an excellent job! He arrived early, giving me plenty of warning. Cleaned up all the shattered glass in my car and even took the door apart to get all the glass out of the door. Replaced the window in a timely manner, only took about 1.5 hrs for the whole process. Muster Glass’s price was by far the best estimate I got. Highly recommend!!!
Mister Glass got me in next day and replaced and recalibrated my windshield within 2 hours. Everything works perfectly. Plus they were $400 less than the other company!!! I will definitely go back if it’s needed. Very professional and nice people.
