Ryan did an Awesome job repairing the electrical defects in my home. I was a bit disappointed with the suggestive selling of other services that were presented as urgent by him. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and called a rep from the office, who further attempted to persuade me to buy more services. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied. Ryan was very pleasant and personable.
Logan did a wonderful job. Very professional and went above and beyond to help get our problem fixed in a timely manner. His communication and keeping us updated on what we needed done was awesome. Very pleased with our experience.
Dan gave me three different options or estimates and was very professional and answered all my questions. Very good, Chris and Justin were very professional and completed All the jobs that were expected and left everything neat and in perfect working order. At first I thought the price was too much. But I wanted A Professional service and after the work was completed, I find at the price was very adequate.I do recommend mister sparky.
Ryan was a few minutes late, he apologized and the problem we were having was solved very quickly, a few minutes. He did want to charge me since he was late and the fix was easy. I felt that I should pay something, for the time and he did solve our problem. We agreed upon a yearly service agreement that covers a lot of things we need anyway, 70 point check, smoke alarms, ceiling fans etc... it was a win/win and he was very professional and nice. Left me with a very good first impression of Mister Sparky!!
