I rented a scooter for my father over a holiday break. MobilitySource was absolutely amazing all around. There was easy communication for delivery and pick up, and the price was affordable ($145 for 10 days). I rented a 3 wheel scooter and it fit perfectly in my Kia Sportage. The owner spent time giving me instructions on how to easily take apart and put together the scooter. Having this option, so my father didn’t feel limited on his trip, was awesome! I am going to use his service again for my father’s next visit!

My husband and I are both disabled and we love this company!!! I have rented scooters from them a few times now and am always blown away by their customer service. The scooters are in excellent condition, the batteries never die (with charging, of course), and they disassemble quickly and easily. Gino takes excellent care of you from start to finish. Their rates are the best in town. I am a very satisfied customer and I’ll be back!!

Absolutely amazing service!! I also wish I could give 10 stars! We had never used electric scooters before, but with Gino’s excellent help, my 83 year old parents were able to navigate the San Diego zoo, the Mission Beach boardwalk, Belmont Park & Balboa Park, and be with the family as we walked to restaurants and shops. This was a family vacation, and we had space in our rental cars, as well as younger help to be able to transport the scooters easily. They were simple to break down, and two fit in the back of a Ford Explorer with the batteries in the back seat. Gino dropped them off at our rental home when we arrived and picked them up an hour before our check out time. The scooters worked great, and the size was easy to maneuver through crowds. It was wonderful to call and text directly to Gino. We’re so grateful for the excellent service!

It was a fantastic resource to have access to a mobility scooter for my mother in law visiting from out town. However the reason for the five star review it for service, price and flexibility. It was delivered and picked up from our house by the owner of the business on time and could not have been more personable. The cost for a two week rental was incredibly good value. The scooter itself was just want we wanted. It was loaded in and out of the car for a college graduation. And locally came on all dog walks and alike. Thank you

I wish I could give more than 5 STARS!!! Great communication from the start. Answered all my questions, and everything Gino told me was accurate. Not only was delivery on-time, he was able to drop it by a bit early, which was awesome considering my husband couldn't go far without it. Scooter was fully charged, clean, easily transportable, and waiting when we arrived. Best prices in town and Gino provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. First family vacation we have had in over 7 years, and Gino and the scooter helped us do things we wouldn't have been able to. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone in need of mobility equipment.
