They cannot deliver their products. I had to call and send e-mails every day for 10 days to receive the COI for an outdoor sofa, which never arrived. The delivery truck arrived without the COI, and outside the delivery hours we had informed of, so it was denied access by the building. The salesperson was rude and not helpful. The dispatcher's phone number (extension 2) is always busy and didn't return my voice message. It has been a horrible customer experience so far.

I purchased outdoor furniture from Modani Furniture and, while the furniture itself was fine, I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase NOT to buy the warranty service they sell. It has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a retailer. The warranty was presented as comprehensive coverage — including accidental stains — which was a key reason I purchased it. However, every single claim I’ve submitted has been rejected, regardless of the evidence provided. I followed every step, provided photos multiple times, and even hired a professional cleaning company to try to remove the stain, yet the warranty company still denied the claim. What should have been peace of mind has turned into a complete waste of time with endless back-and-forth disputes and zero resolution. The warranty has not covered anything it promised, and it has provided no value whatsoever. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! Save your money and avoid the frustration — it does not work as advertised, and you will likely end up paying for repairs or replacements out of pocket anyway.

I spent over $5,000 on furniture because they promised to include an artwork as part of the purchase. It’s been more than a month, and I still haven’t received it. Now they’re telling me I have to wait another three months because it’s supposedly on backorder. Honestly, I feel misled. They use fake promotions just to make customers spend more money and then don’t deliver what they promise. There’s no transparency or proper follow-up. After this experience, I would not recommend buying from Modani Furniture Miami. I’m extremely disappointed with their service and lack of honesty.

First of all, we really like our Modani outdoor dining furniture! Great quality and design. We bought another set online and had it shipped to us in the midwest. One item was damaged in transit and I contacted support and spoke with Karla B who expertly guided me through the process and provided various options. She responded quickly and was patient with my questions. In the end, we arrived at a satisfactory conclusion. Thanks, Karla B. for superior customer service!

Don’t waste your money here. They will not help you if you have any problems with your furniture. We bought a super nice outdoor couch which started to rip at the seams. We asked them to help us replace them, they referred us to insurance. Insurance also denied to help us with repairing it. The seams came apart since they used some cheap thread to sew it together. We contacted the manager several times and was offered no help. Take your business somewhere else!
