I hired from this company for my Daughter’s birthday party. The company’s communication was excellent. The two men who set up were wonderful and professional; one even offered to help move tables to set up for the party. I will definitely be using this company again for future events.
We booked the pink pastel castle for our daughter’s 8th birthday and it exceeded every expectation. The team arrived early, handled everything with professionalism, and were genuinely friendly throughout. The castle itself was immaculate and added a beautiful touch to the celebration. We will absolutely book again and highly recommend their service thank you a day she will alway remember
Hired a children's bouncy castle for our son's 3rd birthday party. The guys gave us a call to let us know they would be with us shortly, turn they turned up in good time, very professionally set up, then checked what time our party would be finishing and returned later that evening to collect, again very happy with the team that came to collect. They'd had a busy day but non the less were full of smiles and polite asking if we'd enjoyed ourselves and ensured that we were happy with our hire, which we really were. For me it was a toss up between Model My Party and another company, but these guys straight away advertised their insurances and made it clear they were a professional company. Would highly recommend, thank you Ashley and the team.
Really happy with lovely bouncy castle and rainbow softplay! The owner and staff were lovely when dropping off and picking up. We will definitely be ordering again next year!
I have used this company for my sons birthday every year for the last 5years!! Ashley and his staff are amazing! They have a wide range of bouncy castles and always thinking of child safety when setting up. We've never had a bad experience using this company. Most recently for our son's birthday in July. Dan and Sunil set up our son's fun run bouncy castle and it was stress free install. Thanks Ashley and staff for another awesome birthday 🎂
