Following their online procedure, I emailed a repair ticket to Modern TV & Electronics. I immediately got an email response acknowledging that they had received my ticket. A short while later, they called me to apologize and say they wouldn't be able to work on my stereo amp because parts would be difficult or impossible to get (it's a lesser known brand and over 40 years old). I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. This level of thoughtfulness for a customer is much appreciated.

Kevin at modern TV and electronics could not have been more kind or professional. They took their time to diagnose my issue and fix my problem. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality TV and repair service with a great attitude. Truly amazing gives me hope in humanity!

This place is very unhelpful and extremely limited with what they can do. They turned down every single things I wanted to take in and repair saying they couldn't do it. When I asked why they said it was a staffing and supply issue. The lady who I talked to was very nice herself, but with what they can do it's next to nothing. They wouldn't even take a look at one of my modern receivers. I'm not giving up on this place, but until they get better staffing and start being able to do what they used to, they really shouldn't advertise that they can service all of these things. At this point it's their loss, cause I would pay a lot to get some of my equipment fixed, but so be it. So if you're looking for high quality service repair for your electronics, DO NOT come here. I highly DON'T recommend.

I had a vintage NAD pre-amp in need of repair. I was very happy with the service and their ability to source parts. Communication was excellent. I also had a follow up issue with the unit, and Kevin was very patient and helpful in attempting to sort out the problem. Thank you! I highly recommend Modern TV.

Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und konnte mir die Informationen geben, die ich über die Kosten wissen musste, um einen Fernseher zur Reparatur zu bringen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie 94 $ zuzüglich Steuern berechnen, um den Fernseher zu begutachten. Sie rufen an und sagen dir, was falsch ist, und wenn du es reparieren lässt, wird die Gebühr auf die Endabrechnung angerechnet. Wenn du es nicht reparieren lässt, behalten sie die volle Gebühr von 94 $ zuzüglich Steuern. Immer noch zu teuer, wenn du es am Ende nicht reparieren lässt oder es unreparierbar ist.
