I was super nervous trying to find a new place in the city to get my hair done, as I’ve found a lot of people are actually not that well versed in brunette coloring. I found Adem, and he did the most amazing job! He did exactly what I wanted, gave his own insight without forcing anything, and colored/cut my hair better than anyone ever has. The prices online do not match the prices in store so be sure to ask upfront, but I would pay for this anytime because I know I will leave satisfied! Thank you, Adem, and everyone else at the salon!
Nila was amazing!! This is my second time going to Molecule Salon and getting to work with her and I cannot recommend Nila enough. Not only does she do an incredible job with my hair (see the photos!!), our first visit she did an amazing job helping navigate what kind of hair service I actually wanted based on my photos. Both times now she has done a gloss and tone on my hair and it’s soft and beautiful every time, it’s all I want moving forward. Plus she did a great haircut! On top of that, she is so kind and personable. Definitely consider coming here :)
Sincerely, If I could give 0 stars I would. My previous stylist left to LA so I found Serdar. Worst decision of my life. I went for a consult for a balayage, he said no problem he will do it. I had other options as well but I chose Serdar because of his work on instagram (Agreed to pay $400 for a partial, I never paid this much with my previous stylists but I trusted Serdar based on instagram). During my appointment day he kept telling me he is in a bad mood, he is nervous. Was very rough with my hair, kept pulling it. They have no concept of hygiene because he kept dropping tools on the floor and using it on my hair. I felt like that 4 hour appointment was mere torture. He told me that my hair is very difficult to work with especially because i have had balayage before. ALL i wanted was my brassy tone to go away and my roots lifted up a little bit ( which my previous stylist would do with no problem). And if it was difficult he could have just said no he cant do it during my consultation. Anyway, now I am left with the color I didnt desire, extremely damaged hair. What I don't understand is that he left bleach in my hair for so long up to my roots and used a toner to make it look ash/dark blonde. If he used the right toner, it would have lifted the blonde especially because he bleached my hair a lot. Anyway, him and his cousin both made me feel like I'm psycho. After paying them 400$ and dealing with aggressive hands and mood swings I cried a lot when I left the salon. He kept leaving time to time and made the assistant to a lot of the work. I honestly don't know what I did to deserve this. Also I kept telling them I dont want the balayage all the way to my roots, i need a shadowmelt , no one listened. Then they fixed the root issue second day. Now my hair is extremely damaged. I honestly never had this experience Idk what they did. The picture in the green and red was my hair before I walked in the salon. I used to get the most compliments on my hair, people would stop me and tell me my hair color is so pretty. And now lol worst decision ever.
