I went from no sleep and throbbing pain in my neck and shoulder, to feeling like a normal 46 year old with the help of Momentum. Dr. Nick and Peyton were amazing. Front desk was always smiling and super friendly. You are not just a number there, the one on one experience was awesome. Thank you for everything and hopefully I never need rehab again, but if so I will only go back to Momentum!!
Momentum PT is an outstanding group! The two physical therapists, the two professional staff employees, and the front-desk employee are all SO kind, helpful, friendly, and professional. Each visit was a pleasant experience, and it is obvious that all employees are compassionate and focused on the patients. I learned so much from the PT's and the PTA's about how to care for myself and to prevent a recurrence. I highly recommend Momentum PT; the care is better than what I received elsewhere in the past (and that other facility was okay....Momentum PT is just better).
