Horrible place. My dog was such a wreck afterwards I had to take him to vet for diarrhea. They suspected some kind of emotional trauma. They said 4 hours and he was there for 8. He was a nervous wreck. Haircut was awful looking too. Didn't follow any request on how to cut.

Amazing experience! My lab/pit mix has never been to a groomer before and is very anxious, nervous and scared around people. Honestly I was pretty nervous as well because I wasn’t sure how he would do. They were VERY patient with him, letting him check out his surroundings and getting acquainted to them. When I came back to get him he was happy and had a smile on his face with a cute little bandana and he was so soft! Probably the softest he’s ever been since being a puppy! They also gave me a little report card with how his visit went which I loved. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here. We definitely will be returning! Thank you sooooo much!

It was my first time coming here. I must say I'm highly impressed with my puppy's groom. They were all so sweet and welcoming to me and my baby. They were very thorough with her. Special shout out to the groomer Sandra who made my stormie girl perfect. I will definitely go back to her and recommend anybody else looking for a groomers you found the right place. Also another plus is they come to your car to get your dog and you can pay that way too, which I love because I have multiple kids and I would hate to drag them all in with me lol

Finally found my forever groomer! My baby girl gets excited when she sees the staff, tail wagging, which has never happened anywhere else. She loves them and you can genuinely tell they love and care for her too. The price is great and the owner and staff are even better! I highly recommend Mona's! And a bonus, you can purchase Holiday themed photos :)

I’ve been taking my dogs to Mona’s every two weeks, for over a year. They take great care of my dogs, and my dogs are always so excited to see the staff when we pull in to the parking lot at drop off. They are prompt, courteous, and accommodating. I foster dogs for the local shelter, and Mona’s will add my foster dogs to my usual appointment time as needed, since I never know how long I will have a foster. They’ve taken care of multiple breeds and fur styles for me. I have nothing but great things to say about Mona’s.
