It was our first time working with Monday Creative for our startup footwear brand, Bonolok, and the experience has been excellent. The team is incredibly organized — from setting up meetings and deadlines to giving and receiving feedback. They’re prompt, responsive, and extremely considerate with fast-turnaround work. I remember needing a set of brand icons finalized within just a couple of days, and they delivered the finished work within a day. They listen carefully and translate a founder’s vision into thoughtful, clean creative output. Amanda Smith has also been very considerate about startup resources, always offering flexible options based on our needs and budget. If you’re a startup looking for good, clean, well-crafted work, I would definitely recommend Monday Creative. The whole team is genuinely human and wonderful to work with.

I have had the privilege of working with Monday Creative a couple times over the years. They did all the brand voice and digital for a restaurant I opened (aka food truck), and most recently a real estate development in Tofino. Both times I was blown away by their work. We recently worked with Monday Creative on an important brand and brand strategy project for one of our companies and the experience has been exceptional. We spent months searching across North America to find a team that felt like the right fit. Every firm we met seemed to have the same approach and the same pitch and none of it felt right for the scale and importance of this project. A peer referred us to Amanda and the team at Monday and from the first meeting we knew this was different. There was no pitch and no fluff. Everything felt sincere and authentic with a genuine passion for the work. Their approach was refreshing and grounded and brought a real sense of clarity to a process that can easily become overwhelming. Throughout the project they showed patience and heart. They were firm and direct when needed while still listening and letting us push back where it mattered. They asked the right questions and guided the process with care from start to finish. The final outcome is amazing. We cannot wait to launch this brand with pride and that pride is only possible because of Monday and the way they work. I would not recommend anyone else for projects big or small.
