Original review was positive because they offer a 10% discount if you leave a review, but after a couple of hours of trying so hard to like my nails, I had to change my review. I asked for French ombré shellac and was disappointed with the results. It’s my first time asking for ombré, so I showed them photos of my inspiration and a few of the women assured me that they could do ombré. The first attempt was quite bad; it was more of a messy French tip & hardly blended. I voiced my thoughts and the woman was lovely about it and started again thankfully. The final results were an improvement, but still more ‘blocky’ side rather than blended gradually and nicely. The level of blending doesn’t seem to be consistent with across the nails either. Also within the hour afterwards, the nail polish is starting to rough around the edges of some nails, and I’ve also got a couple small bubbles appearing (tried to take a picture). Updating my review to include thoughts on my pedicure. I had selected a colour which looked different once applied. The woman asked if I liked it, and I said unfortunately not (it was more transparent than expected). She helped me select a new colour and was happy to apply it over the top at no extra costs. After I went home, I discovered a noticeable ‘chunk’ off the bottom of my heel where they had used the callus shaver during my pedicure. Luckily it wasn’t super deep, and I was able to even it out with my file.

I had a lovely experience here, the nail techs were really kind and had great attention to detail. They recreated the nails I wanted perfectly and were very quick and efficient! Definitely recommend 🩵⭐️

Amazing experience. The saloon is clean, quite, the music is soft and everyone is nice and accommodating! I’ll be back tomorrow for my g manicure refill and can’t wait to show the result to everyone! Just got my BIAB refill and Melanie was amazing!! T she helped me choose the colour and copied the design I requested perfectly.

I did a manicure and pedicure here today and felt it wasn’t worth the price. The services were very basic compared to standard manicure and pedicure treatments. For the pedicure, they only washed my legs, cut the nails, and applied polish. For the manicure, they didn’t even wash my hands, they only cut the nails and applied nail polish. There were no usual steps like cleaning, cuticle care, or massage. I expected better for the amount I paid.

I’ve been going to them for pedicures for over two years. Even though it takes about an hour for the round trip, I think it’s totally worth it. With Lily, I always have peace of mind. She has excellent shaping and application skills, and I’m very happy with the results. My leg waxing was done by another therapist who was efficient and skilful. I was very happy with the result.
