Can’t recommend this company enough. First off, a receptionist who is always responsive, friendly, and informative ALWAYS. Secondly, staff that are trained, act quickly, and go above and beyond. Eldon has been here twice in the worst heat and now extreme cold and fixed within 30 minutes. Did I mention I had other companies try and “fix” the AC prior to calling Moodys?! The other companies couldn’t figure it out and we had been without AC for almost a week. FINALLY, did the smart thing and called Moody’s. Eldon had it up and running in less than 30… I will never go with any other company again. Also, why haven’t you called them already? Stop scrolling and call them every time.
Austin was great and responsive for a Sunday am emergency call after the coldest night of the winter. Thanks a bunch! Our furnace is working great!
Heat pump quit around ten a.m. Friday morning. Repairman couldn’t come til around 4:00 p.m.,which he did. Told me heat pump had quit and not repairable. Said he had sent information to the office and I would be hearing from them with a quote for a new heat pump. I called Monday and was told they were working on a quote.Emailed a quote for a to small heat pump. I asked where they got their information and was told the internet.I was then emailed a different quote. It was very cold when the heat pump quit and was cold all weekend. I felt MOODY was not interested in my business so I went someplace else.
Moody Heating was absolutely awesome. My heat went out just prior to the winter weather advisory. They got the part on order and had the furnace fixed in time for me to be able to go on my trip and not lose the money I paid for my VRBO. Up and running in 3 days! Thank you Dan for getting me scheduled so quickly. I highly recommend Moody for HVAC services. Been using them for years and they are always in time, professional and courteous. The receptionist that answers the phone was also very professional and courteous to me when I was repeatedly making phone calls to them on the part status. Great job y'all, keep up the great work.
