Had an HVAC issue pop up, Chris was able to send a technician (Tyler) out within the hour. Tyler was so efficient he diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and fixed it within 30 mins. I HIGHLY recommend this company for HVAC servicing!
I found this company easy to work with, with fair and honest people. We had someone come out to help us with a heating problem... The quote we received was rather high for what we were actually looking for to have the problem resolved, so we declined. The next day, the owner called and apologized saying that the tech was a little newer and though the tech's advice and knowledge base were good, he wanted to send a more senior technician out to verify, free of charge. That tech came out same day, and the quote was significantly lower than the first. We were actually provided two quotes: one that would make our system "good" and one that would make it "better". Upon research, we thought both were quotes were reasonable asks. We decided to sit on that to try a simpler/cheaper (probably short term) fix for the problem we were having, and the owner did not push us to purchase products or pay for additional service-- only suggested that we reach out if we decide to bite the bullet and invest in what truly needs to be done to make our system work to its full potential. (They also offer a payment plan which is very nice.) He did not speak negatively about any other company or person, though he was definitely given an "in" through our conversations to do so, which I find very respectable. I am impressed by the professionalism of this company and his willingness to work with us to find good solutions at decent pricing... without pushing for things we don't want, even though it would honestly make him more money. I would recommend this company solely based on the good character of the owner and techs, but I also think they are knowledgeable and just want to provide the best options for their customers. I'm also confident they'd do great work if we were to need that in the future.
My scheduled appointment was for between 8a-12p. I was notified promptly prior to 8am stating that my technician was enroute. My technician Jay introduced himself upon my arrival. Jay was very polite and courteous in detailing his service. He was very thorough and professional. Will definitely call for any future issues.
By far the most professional and friendly company I've ever worked with. I had a hot water heater go out on a Saturday and considered a tankless heater. We were able to come to a extremely competitive price, so I decided to go with their recommendation. I felt so comfortable with them, I asked for a quote on the total replacement of heat and air conditioning system and was suprised how aggressive they got on their pricing and how much they saved me over another quote from another company. Chris, Matt, and Tyler worked very hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the pricing and work performed. As with any large investment, you're never 100% sure of your decision, but Chris went up and beyond to make sure I was good. They took their time to explain the new setup. Once, the install started these guys did every thing possible to make sure I knew what they were doing and why they were doing it. I now have a new tankless water heater and new HVAC system( which I was really just looking for hot water heater). I highly recommend Moore Heat and Air and they have made a customer out of me for life. Matter of fact, I will use them in near future on my mother's home. You owe it to yourself to give this company a shot at earning your business, they will do everything possible to earn it. You will not be disappointed. Professional, Integrity, and friendly, a solid description of all of their people involved in my installation. Thank you Moore Heat and Air, I really appreciate the way I was treated.
Our 21yr old AC went out, we got 3 quotes, Moore Heating and Air wasn’t the cheapest! We choose them because first Tyler there Tech took more time with us explaining, also Chris took time educating me on different AC systems, making me feel very satisfied with my decision! The team was on time setup was about 3/4 day, guys were professional explained what they where doing and cleaned up as they were not there besides having cool air again! Highly recommended
