I was looking for Hoka trainers as I read good things about them however 3 shops I had tried before , didn't stock them. I was about to give up until I found this fabulous shop. Katie came over to help me, listened to what kind of trainer I wanted with recent injuries I had sustained too and suggested a few trainers to include Hokas. Well we must have tried on all of the Hokas on stock but nothing was too much trouble. Katie was back and fore to the stock room and eventually we found the perfect pair. Thank you for taking the time .
Great customer service from the staff in Moti in Cardiff. The trainer selection is good with many options and brands. Would highly recommend this shop.
Went in to your store this morning & was welcome by a lovely polite young man called Adam. He was very patient with my husband who was getting new running trainers. This young man is a credit to your company. I work in retail & I know how hard it can be. Customers are quick to complain but not to show gratitude. So please pass on my appreciation to Adam. Great customer care.
I visited Moti Cardiff today to ask about a gait analysis and was really disappointed with the service. When I arrived, a member of staff was sat on the floor and, after I enquired, she looked at her watch, sighed, and asked me to wait a few minutes. When she eventually approached me, her attitude made it clear she couldn’t be bothered to help. She asked how long I’d had my running trainers (around six months) and abruptly replied, “they should be fine then,” without asking about my running distance or offering any real advice. Overall, the customer service was poor and unwelcoming, not what I’d expect from a specialist running store.
Was looking for a specific training shield with wide fit and to limit achilles pressure. Assistant knowledgeable and produced 3 brands to try. Went with the Hoka almost instantly. Very comfy and felt solid and good on. Had 10 percent off for signing up to newsletter. Overall good attention shown and fair price for a good all round trainer for size 13 feet 😀
