This is the cleanest and best maintained self car wash in town…. PERIOD! Best overall in every way, actually. From water temp and pressure, to always being well stocked, payment options and everything else you want in a car wash. They are cheaper than two other places in town that come to mind and longer time on your meter. Open 24 hours a day is a bonus as well as being able to rent a bay during the late night hours. I gladly make the drive across town to know the equipment will work, the bay will be clean and the meter won’t rob me.

I have been in Anchorage Alaska for 20 years and this is my first time ever using Mountain View Car Wash, but I will say it won't be my last!!! If you have not had the pleasure using this facility then you're definitely missing out!!! WOW!!! I was impressed for sure!!! Awesome job on your self service wash Mountain View Car Wash!!!

I spend over a thousand dollars a month at your car wash washing my personal vehicles and many of my company vehicles. Today I was told by an old lady who works at your wash to pull out of the stall and park outside in 10 degree freezing weather to dry my car. Meanwhile nobody was at my stall the entire time. I have no problem parking outside in above freezing weather to dry my car, but not in the winter time. I don't see anyone else drying their car outside. Completely inappropriate with zero consideration for the customer, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

By far best car wash in town! It can get a little pricey if you get carried away. Self service car wash is the way to go! $3 to start! 👊🏻also has vacuums and upholstery/carpet cleaning machines. I can never trust contactless car washes to actually clean my vehicle. 👎🏻

Update: I am a long term subscriber to the Alaska Laser Wash. There are times where the salt that they use in the intersections, will not come off in an automatic car wash. Decent experience here at Mt. View, this time. The last time I came here was 3 years ago. The worker that I dealt with was hella rude... and rushed me after I waited over an hour to get into the bay after waiting in line. He also complained about me using additional tire cleaner, that I brought with me. The brushes that are provided are not LONG and soft enough to clean behind the face of the rim. That's why I bring my own. Today I brought additional Chemical Guys tire cleaner and a brush that can get behind the face of the rim. The worker saw me, did not harass me. Rightfully so. I spent about $13 in about 10 minutes, and was in and out in a timely manner. This is why I am upgrading my review to four stars. I hope my next experience here, is like it was today. This place is a gem when things go right🫠 PSA: I highly recommend Chemical Guys products. Their products are 2nd to none. Especially their wheel cleaner.
