Drink On The Job. We found a 1 quart beer bottle in a paper bag in our attic after they replaced our insulation due to rodent damage. How do we know? Because they were dumb enough (and drunk enough, I guess) to leave their trash. It was right next to the attic entrance, so we would have noticed it before, and they're the only ones that have been in our attic in the past few years. And there were 2 technicians, which means they either have 2 employees that day-drink at work, or one and another that doesn't care. Shameful and irresponsible-- you can find another service.

This was our semi-yearly termite inspection and as always Jorge to the time to contact me beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. Jorge arrived on time, explained what he would do and quickly went about his business. We had agreed that if nothing had to be discussed, he would just leave after everything was done. I have worked with Jorge in the past and have every confidence in his abilities to get the job done correctly and efficiently.
