It's such a nice place to do hibachi. The portions are great and the prices are reasonable. They are open every day of the year even Christmas day. They take reservations, so it is super-convenient even when it is full. It's our favorite hibachi restaurant in Denver.

We just celebrated my Mom’s birthday! Our Chef, Tim, was entertaining and the food was delicious! Our host Gigi, was very gracious and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

This was my first dining experience at Mt. Fuji (Sushi-Hibachi-Lounge). The experience was enjoyable and the food was good! We ordered from the lunch special menu (2 for $25). I would recommend this Hibachi restaurant. The chef was friendly and entertaining.

Great restaurant! I normally never give 5 star reviews but this definitely deserved it. The food was amazing, it was juicy, had tons of flavor, and delicious. I recommend getting the New York Strip Steak! The service was great, refilled our drinks constantly and made sure we had a good time. The actual hibachi part was amazing too! Made sure everyone tried to catch food in their mouths lol, made an onion volcano too! The atmosphere was great as well, it was quiet and very easy to speak to each other and the inside looks nice and modern. I truly have no complaints, great place.

I ate here for Valentine's Day and we had a great experience. We came in a little earlier than the normal rush for dinner and we were seated right away. We also had our own table for the hibachi and the chef cooked for only us. It was nice! The chef was funny and kept up good conversation. The food we ordered was seasoned well and absolutely delicious. The soup was just ok, probably wouldn't recommend that to anyone, but the salad, specifically the salad dressing was delicious! For our entrees, we ordered ribeyes, shrimp, and lobster and all of it was great and cooked perfectly! You also get rice ( fried rice is extra and I didn't particularly like that because of the small bits of onion chopped up in it, but if you like onions, it was good) and noodles, like lo mein, which was good, and vegetables (onions, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, and also mushrooms), which were also good. For sauces, you get yum yum sauce, which I'm personally not a big fan of, and ginger, which was great! I also asked the chef for teriyaki sauce and that was great too. You get so much food, neither of us was able to even finish all the food! Inside the restaurant is a nice, clean environment. They play nice, newer music and they also have a TV that was playing sports, but not loudly. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!
