This place is the definition of relaxation!!! And Jib is absolutely amazing, so professional made my first facial/massage so special would recommend 1000000 times!!!!

I recently had a the “Mother to be package” which entailed a pregnancy massage and pedicure. My therapist was Jib and she was wonderful with a very calm presence. Incredibly relaxing massage, provided perfect pressure and she checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The only thing that would give it 5 stars is having a pregnancy designed bed (with the hole for the belly). Thank you so much Jib!

Got gifted a voucher for a pregnancy massafe and my gosh, had an amazing massage with jasmine. She talked just the perfect amount but also let me totally relax. The room smelled beautiful and everything was clean. I'll be back soon for a postnatal one !

We had a couples massage today (23 November) which was a voucher gift from a friend. It was unusual that the therapists did not introduce themselves or ask for any preferences based on the forms we had filled out, however the actual massage was excellent with good communication, pressure and technique. We also appreciated actually receiving glasses of sparkling wine to enjoy after the massage which I cheekily suggested as an alternative to water. We then enjoyed using the pool and steam room. Thankfully the fire alarm didn't start until we were changing otherwise it would certainly have ruined the experience - we were going to have lunch in the Realm restaurant but instead left to drive past many disgruntled guests evacuating the hotel..

Großartiges Spa im Hotelbereich. Wir haben die Paarmassage gemacht und danach hat mein Partner die Maniküre/Pediküre bekommen. Der einzige Grund, einen Stern abzuziehen, ist, dass die Nagelbehandlung ewig zum Trocknen brauchte, da kein UV-Licht verwendet wurde, und das Finish hatte ein paar Blasen, aber insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung.
