Our Company was looking to elevate our online presence beyond our original Square Space site to something with a degree of polish, professionalism and sophistication. We chose Murmur not only because of their impressive portfolio which of course accomplished all those goals at an aesthetic level, but also because our observation of the sites they created was they were reliably functional (too many supposedly high-end websites will always have pages or plugins which don't operate correctly). In working with them we discovered not only a team of top shelf designers and programmers who were able to meet and exceed all of our various form, function, style and substance goals, but also a managerial team whose competence, professionalism and experience were apparent from Day 1. The way in which they quarterbacked the various stages of development made it clear they not only had a wealth of experience in this type of work, but knew from that experience what types of communication problems could occur during the process. Their methodology for asking questions, collecting information, formulating different ideas and giving us a gallery of sample designs to choose from not only helped to streamline our thinking, but spoke to a team of people who knew what problems commonly plagued clients and worked to trouble-shoot those problems BEFORE they occurred. Murmur helped develop our brand, upgrade our website, realize our vision and perhaps most importantly, increase sales. We would recommend them to anyone seeking to do the same.

Murmur Creative is an exceptional organization made up of an extraordinary group of really smart, capable, honest, and good people. For over 30 years I built a successful, global, advanced technology semiconductor materials company. I "retired" in 2014 and started a consumer products company based on technology learned from Apple, Intel and Samsung. When we decided to do a website revamp and branding, we started searching for agencies with experience working on food branding. Murmur’s portfolio really stood out, it didn’t take long to decide on them as the team we wanted to work with. I was really impressed from the outset…the organization, communication and creativity of the team was fantastic. Our initial meetings were very well organized, and it was really easy to contribute what we needed to regarding the brand story and vision and values. The team at Murmur was very skilled at listening and spinning the elements of our story and ideas into great design ideas and then iterating on those. The website building process was also very smooth and painless. Murmur was also very patient with us…There were a lot of moving parts on our side that sometimes made the process of switching the packaging difficult, but the team at Murmur was always very helpful where changes by them were required.
