Nadia's dog Nanny services are definitely top rate in their business! From the first phone contact all the way through to the end of boarding my cat and dog was simple and seamless. They told me exactly what I needed in regards to vaccinations. they were able to accommodate the hours that I needed, and they were very understanding and flexible when the hours didn't exactly match what I had said they would be. The facilities are very clean, the air conditioning was great for the animals on 100°+ weekend! They were great with my dog and my cat both...ANYTIME YOU NEED BOARDING OR DAYCARE SERVICES FOR YOUR PETS AND YOUR NEAR PHOENIX THIS IS THE PLACE TO CONTACT!

To be honest. I wouldn’t recommend the place. It seems like the wife has no say so over the husband and he does what he wants when it comes to the dogs. You give them instructions, they don’t follow them most the time. Then they tell you all these stories about people who didn’t come back and most the time it’s because “they moved” or some story about people not giving them a chance. Why is that any of my business? It’s actually weird. Look how they respond to the low reviews, says a lot!

Highly recommend! They took excellent care of my dog Rosie and sent pictures/videos every day of her playing with new friends. Rosie was wary after a bad experience elsewhere, but they were patient with her and allowed her to acclimate at her own pace. They even took her on personal walks and gave me lots of training tips! Quickly became our go-to doggy hotel for when I was out of town. Great place and great people!
