I’ll go without nails then to ever cheat on her! Not only is she an amazing nail technician she an amazing person. She’s soo talented and beautiful inside and out. I just love her and her salon. I wanted to love this place and it is absolutely darling inside and the customer service was amazing but unfortunately not impressed with my $200 pedicure and fill. My pedicure was a little painful, my toes and nails looked great when I left, but when I got home I had noticed my toes weren’t fully covered with paint and I couldn’t figure out why my pinky toe was so sore and I had noticed my nail was cut way too short. they did work efficiently while doing my nails at the same time as my pedicure but my cuticles are wrecked and would have assumed even with a fill they would have taken some time to clean them up. I’d like to give this salon another chance as they employees were so kind and it such a vibe in there but in no way would I ever pay $200 for what I got ever again.
First time visiting Nail Lab and it was nothing but amazing!! Got a last minute appt with Dy An and it was nothing BUT amazing!! So nervous going to a new place but she made me feel like I’ve been there so many times before! Her work is amazing, her patience and her understanding is top tier !! Little secret, she’s the owner and that to me warmed my heart to see that she loves what she does soooo much that she never stopped being the face and the WARMTH of her own place!! 999/10 Nail Labs PDX and Dy An is a 1000/10 hands down!! I’m definitely coming back 😘😘😘
My friends and I love coming here!! Dy an, Trish, Kenny, Ann, Mike, and everyone on the staff is so talented and kind. We come every time we get nails & they always do an amazing job even with the detailed nail art, we’ll definitely be back!!
Such a great salon! We got off to a slightly rough start and they doubled down to correct the vibe and communication. We were given a bonus mimosa and handed the controls for the music. I LOVE my nails. My daughter is beyond thrilled with hers too. Ivy did mine and Dyan did a wild charm filled, multi colored, animal print set of acrylics for my daughter. Thanks Nail Lab PDX!
