I got my nails done today by May and it was perfect. The shop is calm and quiet, no overwhelming smell, soft piano music, and seasonal scapes on the tvs. May did a thorough manicure, took her time, didn’t skip any steps, and still finished in an hour. She even massaged my arms and brought ended with a hot towel. 10/10 recommended
Don’t walk RIN AWAY! I went in for a fill in and the lady that sit to the back (the row before the last one) literally filed away all of my acrylic until my nails were paper thin. I asked her could she please add a lil more acrylic to the ends where she literally filed them all the way down. This lady added a big chunk of acrylic on my nail trying to be funny. I then asked her to just cut they down instead and this lady told me NO as if she was the one paying for my nails. $50 for this. NEVER AGAIN
Everything was wonderful. They paid so much attention to detail. The care was more than reasonable. They were concerned about the healthiness of my nails, and I don’t have a cuticle insight! The end result was polished, and I am thoroughly satisfied and would recommend that you go and check it out for yourself oh yeah, the products were quality products.
First picture with white background is what I asked for. The others are what I got. When I told them I didn’t like them, they kept telling me how pretty they looked. I left a bad review on the text message they had sent me. The manager called me told me to come back in and she would fix it. I advised her that I did not want to because I tried to speak to them when I was there. And they didn’t care what I had to say. I then went to ivy glam nails, And the nail tech there saw my nails, And literally said “ Girl, who did this to you? “ I paid nail of America $102 for this. I then called Nail of America back and said I wanted a refund after I had gotten a second opinion on the job they had done. I asked to speak to the manager, the man that answer the phone said that I could talk to him. I expressed my concern and he said that the manager had already spoken to me and she told me to come back and to correct. She did but after going back-and-forth with them while I was there I didn’t want to go Back for them to do my nails again. He told me bring the nails back and will give you a refund. At that point in time I was already at Ivy glam nails getting them removed.
Updated review: Went in today to have my old set removed and get a new set plus an eyebrow wax, I got the pleasure of Karen working on my services today, I am happy. When I came in before I was looking to see whoever to just change shape and color , he did amazing! But Karen is my go to person from now on! (She did the black French tips) I’m so happy with how today went. So relaxing to the point I actually got sleepy there. Original review: Honestly I can’t say I’m disappointed. I know with almond nails the way they are shaped from the tip of natural nail and up it can be tricky to get them back to square but they did AMAZING! And the color I picked was great too. And he got them as short as he could per my request bc I couldn’t type with the longer almond ones LOL.Found my new spot.
