Juan Salas and the others from the Batchelor Team were fantastic to work with! They sold our house quickly and for a great price. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hayden who is, without a doubt, the best broker I have ever worked with. She did a truly spectacular job helping me find a dream apartment in Downtown Miami. Her professionalism, knowledge of the city, and attention to detail is truly unmatched. On the day we met to tour apartments, she brought an organized folder with all the listing sheets printed out and arranged in the order of the apartments we were going to see. (Truly above and beyond level of organization!). I appreciated this immensely as it helped me to ultimately make a decision on my apartment. Once I made a selection, Hayden fought to ensure I received the best price and terms. Following the acceptance of my offer, many brokers would have taken a step back, but Hayden remained committed to ensuring that the apartment was in perfect condition for my move in. When something went awry, Hayden stayed on top of it to make sure it was quickly fixed. She has followed up with me multiple times since my move in to ensure I am still enjoying the property. I am incredibly grateful for Hayden’s role in finding my dream apartment, and her genuine care for my happiness in my new home.
