Outstanding Service!!!!! I brought in my brand-new Honda after it got a dent and scratch, and Nashville Collision went above and beyond! Their communication was top notch. Bryan and Cat kept me informed every step of the way and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They used genuine Honda parts for the repair, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked up my car, I was honestly shocked at how amazing it looked. The quality of the work was incredible. It looks even better now than it did the day I first bought it. They even detailed it for me!!!! I’m genuinely so happy with my experience. Highly recommend this company, and a huge thank you to Bryan and Cat for making the whole process smooth and stress-free! Matt and Ryan went out of their way to make sure my car is back on the road better than before. My car had damage on the driver side front quarter panel, door, front bumper, hood and the repairs are flawless. I can honestly say their paint job is better than factory. This shop does not cut corners like others I've witnessed in Middle Tennessee, and I could tell that right away when they ensured me no used parts would be going on the repair. They kept in touch with me during the process, making sure I was updated the whole way. Whenever I had questions they were answered ASAP. If you want your car back looking better than ever, even before an incident, then this is the absolute best shop in Nashville to make sure of that. 10/10 across the board!
Truly the best service I’ve ever received at a collision repair shop. My front bumper and sensors became detached after hitting trash on the interstate. I was referred here by Volvo and was prepared to spend 1000+. I was greeted promptly and within 15 min they had popped my bumper back in and ordered a part I needed. Huge stress relief as I’m 37 weeks pregnant and was planning to just get an estimate then return the car after I gave birth. Will absolutely recommend everyone to them and hopefully I won’t need their services anytime soon but will definitely head there first! Great team and great service!
Nashville Collision is top notch! Bryan and his team work seamlessly to get your car in perfect shape. We couldn't tell our car was ever damaged and the staff repaired it timely and to perfection. No matter what you drive take your car there for bodywork and repairs. They'll do it right and will communicate with you for all details. Cat is also very helpful and serves her customers like family. The entire team is highly educated and certified to do all the detailed work. Not many body shops do this. Bryan the owner, takes pride in your vehicle and knows how to make them new again. We were blown away how caring and professional the entire process was. Take your car there and get it repaired right. It may be a few extra dollars but you'll get the quality of work you deserve. My husband and I highly recommend Nashville Collision!
