THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I started looking for a way to feel stronger and more confident in myself. I really needed to learn to defend myself and this place did that and more. I have been a student for 9 months and recently got my yellow belt! I plan on going for my black belt in a few years(: Ladies, Gentlemen and everything in between, this is a the martial art/gym for you. There's a wonderful community and the instructors and staff are so great at their skill and craft. I feel badass and I walk around with my head held high, even in situations I used to feel uneasy about. I have great confidence, important life skills, close friends, relationships with my instructors, and discipline. GO NASHVILLE KRAV!! This is definitely the best branch
This place is Great!! Sam and Lauren are super. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You all have endless patience with all levels of children. Even the high maintenance one's like ours. Plus, real life skills. This place is Super easy to get to! Lot's of parking, super spacious facilities. Top notch staff! Thank you for all your endless patience from the bottom of my heart.
It is an amazing place for adults or kids. Me and my son absolutely are happy to be part of it. Absolutely incredible trainers and very comfortable flexible schedule. Highly recommend to join.
This place has really made a difference for my family. l. We come twice a week, and my kiddo really enjoys it. Mr. Gomez is hardcore and the real deal. If you don't like tough love and discipline or someone to speak the truth or hold your child accountable, this isn't the place for you. My kiddo is on the spectrum and had some bully issues. Learned how to actually FIGHT here - not that he started it. But he was able to defend himself and WIN the fight. We now have to work on when to defend others because he wants to fight everyone. One win is all it took for kids to kinda leave him alone. Kids will be kids and say little slick stuff, but overall, we don't have issues with actual bullying at all. Next class Mr. Gomez is a little trash talk. Sometimes they just need to know what to say to get folks out their face 🤣. Money well spent here... I think it's a franchise so don't judge others based on this another.
Brought my 5 yr old daughter here for a free trial I discovered on social media and we've been hooked since. I immediately got her enrolled for classes which are twice per week. Mr. Gomez and Ms. Drew are both amazing. My daughter is learning balance, discipline, respect, self-esteem, confidence and lots more. She looks forward to our classes. The classes are very personable and each student gets one on one attention. Highly recommend!!!!
