An initial electrical inspection revealed that the electrical panel was no longer compliant with current code requirements. It is likely that the panel met code standards when the house was constructed in the 1980s. Additionally, one of the kitchen GFCI outlets was not functioning, and several other items were found to be out of code. Technician John Fox arrived at approximately 9:30 AM and completed all assigned electrical work on the same day. John conducted himself in a polite and professional manner throughout the service visit. There are no complaints regarding the service provided.
Excellent! Natal’s came out and took care of my complicated plumbing problem. They gave a good estimate. They were prompt on time and very curious. And most of all did a great job in one day and cleaned up afterwards. I really appreciated that they wore a uniform with the company name as well as their names. I would highly recommend them. We had a new A/C, heat unit with new duct work installed. The three installers were very professional. They worked non stop from 8 am to 9 pm making sure everything was correctly done. They answered all our questions and concerns. Roy Migiore Jr. was the lead person. He went above and beyond to make sure the install was done correctly. He also came back the next day to test the systems and showed us pictures of the different parts of the system and how everything was sealed. We are very pleased with the outcome.
Michael Dargis came to my home after hours to investigate why my water heater was not heating properly. He was thorough, was kind enough to explain his procedures and findings, and answered all my questions. While the water heater began functioning as normal (no repair necessary), he provided several options for if it were to malfunction again. Understandably, the after hours price was higher, but I was grateful someone could take a look at my water heater immediately because my usual plumber does not have after hours scheduling. I recommend Natal’s services, specifically requesting Michael Dargis. I plan to use Natal’s again in the near future.
Aaron, my technician, was very efficient and straightforward. I appreciated his honesty and thorough assessment including photos, demonstrating how the prior AC service did some shoddy work. I wish I could have gone with them further than an initial diagnostic. I called two days later to get the quote on the repair and to discuss options. Customer service was nice, but I wasn’t able to talk with anyone. I had time to show this quote to a friend. Natal’s pricing including their annual service agreement versus without was still $1k+(!) more than another local AC company that is not highly automated (no texting, no Apple Pay) and was able to come out and replace my compressor within 24 hours of confirming this was the best approach to get the 9 yr old unit running again.
