I waited for several treatments before leaving this review. The technicians, especially Kevin, have been great to deal with. They are all professional, friendly, prompt, and willing to educate me on my concerns. The office staff is also great with booking appointments and the management team are more than willing to answer basic questions so that we can move forward with the proper treatment plan. We had our house treated for termites, because tenting wasn’t a viable option for us. They have always been responsive to my follow up questions and concerns, even coming out to retreat the termites when I had concerns. I highly recommend the company and team.
Don’t wanna sound like a commercial but, Native Pest Management has been absolutely amazing to me! They brought my bushes and lawn back to life, and the difference is truly incredible. Their team is professional, kind, and extremely friendly every single visit. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their work and their customers, but these guys really do.
