I am thoroughly displeased with this service. I give it 1 star because the "Deep Cleaning" for almost $400 was mediocre at best. It felt more like a regular clean + the oven. No cleaning on the fridge, or even moving of appliances to get under it. Dust left in multiple places, etc. My other issue is the customer service. The first week, they were almost not going to go through with the cleaning because how messy my apartment was and the amount of dishes. I'm sorry but, isn't that part of the job? And if it wasn't, why not be more specific about what services I'll be receiving? I wasn't told a certain level of cleanliness had to be maintained to keep the original booked price. Then for the 2nd booking, when the house was CLEANER, and there were LESS dishes, only AFTER they arrived and took some photos, was I made aware that the original price of $150 has jumped to $650. Again, with LESS dishes and a cleaner apartment. It may have looked more messy, but that's only because I had to move some things around. Needless to say I canceled that booking because that's just insane. At no point was I informed how that pricing worked or what level of cleanliness needed to be maintained to keep the ORIGINAL price. And on top of that, they still charged for the cleaning that never happened. Because I was unwilling to pay an extra $500 last minute for a cleaning I booked already. Absolutely ridiculous. I cannot in good faith recommend this service until they they are more explicit with their expectations, and services provided.
I was in need of a move out clean for my 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom room home. I was given a fair and reasonable quote based on a scale of 1-10 cleanliness level. The agent help me understand the rating system and did not allow me to rate myself at a higher, less clean level which kept my cost down as well as giving me some new customer discounts. My assigned cleaning crew showed up on time and got right to work. It only took 5 hours to get the house in great condition from top to bottom which consisted of 2 floors and full basement. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Neat N Tidy for any housekeeping needs.
Do not use this place. Almost $500 for a move out clean, where nothing got done the first time around, and then just surface level the second time. The poor girls who came the second time had no idea what was going on, they were nice and tried to do what they could but the attention to detail was not there. Clearly this company uses contractors they did not even know who was at my place because they said it was the same people as before when clearly it was not. They do not vet their contractors obviously, so they cannot guarantee their work. 4 cleaners in two days and I still had to go back and clean up behind them. Customer service was nice and friendly but they have no idea what is actually happening. The first crew that came to clean “submitted” pictures of a cleaned property since we could not be in person for the walk through and I would love to see the pictures submitted because the things left undone the first time were insane. The second crew were two hours late, and cleaned only the things I pointed out to them. They weren’t told the list of things that were left undone. They didn’t look for anything outside of the exact things I pointed out. These crews together paid zero attention to the things needed for a move out clean and the things listed that they would do in the confirmation email. 100% do not use this company. They really don’t care about the people they are sending into your home. First 10 pics are after the 1st crew the last 10 are from the second.
Request Rosie! Her and crew did amazing. They deep cleaned my whole apartment really well, but I was extremely impressed by how clean my oven, my fridge, my bathroom, and my floors were. I'm really greatful for such hard working women that did what I couldn't and with a smile. Thank you. 🙏
