I first worked with Patrick Kenny and his team when they completed minor repairs to my roof. Their work was excellent, which is why I didn’t hesitate to call him again when a major storm hit in March 2025 and caused a leak in my kitchen, right over the cabinets. What happened next truly speaks volumes about Patrick’s character and professionalism. Despite being the morning of his own father’s wake, he answered my call and immediately dispatched a crew to tarp the roof, preventing any further water damage. I was stunned by his selflessness and dedication—this is a level of customer service I have never experienced before. Even while mourning the loss of his father, Patrick maintained clear and consistent communication with both me and my wife. He also served as the main liaison between us and our insurance company, helping us navigate the process with patience and empathy. At our request, he also coordinated with an interior contractor to repair the water damage to our kitchen ceiling and cabinets—yet another example of how far he goes to support his clients. Initially, I insisted just the affected area be repaired, similar to the previous minor fixes. Instead, because of the scope of the issue, Patrick suggested - but did not push - for a full replacement. He carefully explained the roof’s decking could be compromised. He was absolutely right. New View Roofing replaced my roof with remarkable professionalism, completing the job in approximately six hours—faster than I ever imagined possible—and at a very fair price.
