10/10 experience and could not recommend this shop more. I was able to text with the sales associates and they were able to send me more specific photos of the pieces I was looking at online. I received my order faster than Amazon normally can deliver. I think it came in roughly 18 hours after ordering. The diamond cross is beyond stunning and exactly what I have been looking for.
I brought my Tissot PRX 40mm to New York Jewelers after the pin connecting the strap to the case broke, and the whole experience honestly blew me away. When I first called, they connected me with James. He immediately understood the problem, knew exactly what part had failed, and told me to bring it in. You could tell right away he really knew his watches. When I walked into the store, everyone was super welcoming and genuinely excited about watches. It didn’t feel intimidating or salesy at all. James looked at my PRX, confirmed the issue within minutes, and they were able to repair it the same day. The whole process was smooth, quick, and handled with real care. What stood out the most was how much pride they take in their work. They treat your watch like it actually matters, no matter the brand or price point. The store itself is also really nice and gives you that feeling of being in a place that knows what it’s doing. If you need watch repair, even for something simple like a pin or something more serious, this is the spot. Great service, real expertise, fast turnaround, and just genuinely good people. Excellent selection of both New and previously owned watches in many luxury brands. Kyle was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He helped me choose a Santos de Cartier that was perfect for my needs. Highly recommended without reservation! Give them a call or stop by.
My brother and I went here on a whim during a quick trip to Chicago. The reps were extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection of new and pre owned watches at competitive prices. We ended up buying a Hamilton to commemorate our trip. I’d definitely buy here again. Thanks for the great experience!
Inquired over the phone where Tony related they have both limited editions in stock. Came over the next day but Tony was off. Luckily, I came upon Kyle who was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the purchase. Planned on acquiring the white dial but ended up with both. Love these hard-to-find watches. Glad New York Jewelers had them in stock at MSRP!
