Air conditioner installed 12 months ago. Failed and stopped cooling. Took nearly 8 weeks for them to come out and have a look. Were 35 minutes late to the designated time so I had to rearrange another appointment otherwise I would have been late. They had a look and needs regassing but then they tell me they have no gas and will have to come back another time. I would think that this a pretty common fault with air conditioners and they would have a supply to fix it on hand but no. I am then informed that it will be another ten days until they can come back. This is totally unacceptable behaviour from a company and they should be ashamed of this level of amateur service provision. Not recommended.
I purchased 2 ceiling fans from Beacon Lighting for an appartment and two of their recommened installers showed up and never sent quotes. One said it was complicated and they would charge $150 per hour plus materials. Barry from NewAge Air and team provided a firm quote and installed with perfection. Highly recommended.
We bought our own split system A/C unit and New Age did the install. Jacob and Cooper who did the installation were both extremely lovely guys to deal with - and they have done a fabulous job, despite getting soaked by a thunderstorm! In fact the entire team was great. That includes Lisa, who was so friendly and efficient in making the booking, and Barry who did the quote. The whole experience has been 6 stars out of 5. Dave :)
A great team of people Cooper and Jakob were on time did the job in a timely manner. Nothing was a problem.it looks great and work great as well. Cleaned up, took the old unit. Would hesitate to recommend this company Great job thanks
We needed a high quality and quick response to our requirement to have a new air conditioner installed in our BnB apartment. New Age provided a rapid turn around and competitive quote and promised that the job could be completed prior to our guests arriving at 2pm Friday. They were on site Thursday as promised and back Friday morning to finish the job. All worked perfectly. By keeping their customer promise to us, we were able to keep our customer promise to our guests. Much appreciated. We highly recommend New Age
