Called up at 2:30pm to get my car re-gassed pretty urgently. Lady at reception (sorry forgot her name) was amazing. Called me back within 20 mins and got it all sorted by 4:30pm the same day. Exceptional service, good price.
Update 30 Oct 25: unfortunately the replaced blade that was recommended doesn’t fully clear the rear view mirror, will be taking it back to get rectified. —— Came for a pink slip, I just had my car serviced and tyres replaced two months ago. Despite this I was threatened with safety check fail unless I pay $25 to replace the worn (not broken) back screen wiper, which has 3 month warranty (apparently this is a good deal?). If I wanted to replace it myself he will fail my safety check and I could come back. I felt held hostage in the situation given I was short on time. There was nothing that said one worn windscreen wiper warrants a safety fail. He didn’t even try to use it to check. Won’t come back again. Reception lady was nice and is the only reason I gave a two star.
I am impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by this team. I visited them for a pink slip and was amazed by the professional manner in which they inspected my vehicle and rectified the issues. I am extremely satisfied with their car maintenance services and highly recommend them to everyone, advising others to experience their outstanding work firsthand.
