I can't wait to try another! I attended a cord cutting session. I actually felt a positive difference in my body after. I also felt disconnected from my ego, more free, calm after. I would do this once a week if there were weekly cord cutting sessions. It was a beautiful experience, the sound was soft, smooth and effective. Not irritating at all. I was able to fully lean into it. Alexa knows what she's doing, delivers a connected experience. Thank you Alexa.

Alexa is such a lovely human and her space is so incredibly warm, welcoming and full of love & gratitude. I love attending Newstar Seed events! She has such a unique array of events that all mesh so well with sound frequencies! I highly recommend experiencing a sound bath with Alexa :)

I have joined a few sessions here including the day they first opened. It's really opened my mind to what wellness related things work for me. The atmosphere is really nice and Alexa keeps adding nice touches plus an ever expanding offering of services and session types. Alexa is talented as a healer and someone that I was comfortable enough around -- because I was kind of nervous to begin with. Alexa's husband Alex, who is part of some sessions, really helps with this as well. Good people who I'm happy to support. See you when I come back to Edmonton!
