Thank goodness we found NexGen! Lorraine really took the time to understand a complex situation and figure out not just how to get through a flare but to look to long term healing. Every nurse here has been able to get an IV in swiftly (we’ve had problems even getting blood drawn at labs), and it really shows the bar of quality for the staff here.
