My adventurous beautiful boy, Mason was bitten by a snake, long weekend. I had passed this clinic and made a mental note as you do being a pet owner. In such awful circumstances I can honestly say, the staff were experienced, especially, the vet nurse that initially triaged him. Sorry, for my memory, under stress, but I do believe it was Natalie. She was so kind but more importantly knew exactly what she was doing from the moment I entered reception. Took minimum required details promptly and proceeded to triage. She made him comfortable and warm whilst taking vitals and performing some initial tests. I thank her very much for her open, caring communication while explaining everything that she was doing. We had a new emergency vet (her first day at this clinic but not as a vet) perform the consult following nurse triage. The decisions I needed to make were respected and I felt fully informed. An awful and traumatic experience made better by competent and kind people. Thank you sincerely for your care. Prue (and Mason) and family.
From the first phone call, to reception, nursing staff and the lovely Dr Alexandra it was obvious that we were in good hands. Everything was explained in detail and we were given very clear options for treatment. The facilities are amazing! Love the open plan concept so we could be there for our little man every step of the way. Thank you to everyone there!
All staff at Nexus were incredible when treating our dog Sadie over the Christmas break. We brought her in twice after she collapsed and the staff there were incredible in providing treatment and testing for her, particularly as it was the time between Christmas and New Years when so many people are on holidays. They worked hard to do the best they could for her and when we decided to put her down, they comforted us and gave us the time we needed to process everything. They were forthcoming and honest in their assessment of Sadie and laid out all our options. While we were spending our last moments with Sadie, the staff went and purchased ink pads so we could take imprints of her paws. We were so grateful that they did this. Afterwards, the admin staff were so helpful in processing payments and insurance claims at a time when we were grieving and also navigating several other commitments. When we returned to Adelaide after a trip, we were so delighted to receive a personalised card from Nexus with their condolences but also an additional set of imprints of her paws and her nose. It is amazing to see people who genuinely care about the pets that they treat and the owners who love them. My wife and I could not be more grateful to the Vets, nurses and office staff at Nexus for their work during this time.

New facilities, very clean and staff was lovely. The consultation fee was $300, and you enter through the back. The neat thing about this place is you can actually stay with your pet overnight if you like. We appreciated the care from the whole team.
