Update in response to the businesses reply: Upon reviewing the footage as you’ve said to have done, you’d also see that she still handed out the flyers to everyone else, walked past me so close that we brushed up against each other & still no acknowledgement, plenty flyers left. Perhaps making a large sign announcing your sales, as almost every other store does would be more efficient. This would save such “busy” associates time instead of having to pick and choose who they’d like to be informed of the promotions, making potential customers feel singled out & their business unwanted. Just a suggestion. Original review: Walked in, was ignored despite being the only person in the store. Immediately, the associate acknowledged everyone that walked in after me and informed them of their black friday sales. Very off putting being the only colored couple in the store. Though I wanted to purchase an item, I didn’t. i’m hoping this isn’t the case as I head to the bridge street location.
The return policy is only partially displayed in store and withholds key information from the guest. The full return policy is only available on their online website. Which easily makes in store shoppers uninformed when purchasing and causes frustration if returns needs to be made. Also you can only exchange for store credit at this store. I’m not a fan of their polices and how they execute them. The return policy matter feels deceptive. *Response to owner comment* Thank you for commenting. However, it’s NOT displayed when you are checking out at the front desk and it is NOT printed on the receipt and it’s actually NOT standard practice across all retail stores. Target, Express, Francesas just to name a few do not follow this policy; if you have the receipt and tags you are all good doesn’t matter if it’s attached or not. Your cashier told be because this is a local retail store you make and enforce your own policies. How can I be held accountable for a clause that I had no knowledge of? Please be completely factual and fully correct moving forward.
Well, my girls love the boutique. Beautiful selection of clothes and good prices (as a parent I love this part😊). They come here every month and we all love it. I even have a good chair to seat while waiting them trying the new clothes.
I love this adorable boutique! The owner is an absolute gem, and the items she curates for her customers are adorable. From outfits and jewelry to candles and socks, it's the perfect place to pick up all the gifts. It's definitely worth a trip to the mall!
I bought my Taylor Swift Eras Tour Dress from here and have been obsessed with this boutique ever since! I plan on taking a trip to Alabama just to shop in person one day! I love the unique style this boutique sells and the amazing deals that come along with it!
